Shannon has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Starting out as a dental assistant and now is the friendly face at the front desk and will be happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive. Shannon also takes care of all the marketing for our practice and enjoys it very much. When she is not helping create beautiful smiles she enjoys running, shopping, anything to do with concerts and music and spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband, 3 sons and their cute dog Gizmo.

Shannon has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She started out as a dental assistant and is now our insurance and billing expert, always ready to help with your questions or concerns. Shannon is dedicated to helping patients with every step of their dental visit from making patients feel comfortable, scheduling their appointments, explaining and discussing your insurance benefits and processing dental claims. When she is not helping create beautiful smiles she enjoys watching horror movies and has actually been an extra in a few. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Michigan native, Dr. Bagchi has taken many advanced courses in restorative and cosmetic dentistry in order to provide you the best care. She attended the University of Michigan for both her undergraduate degree and her DDS. After dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Michigan Hospital. Since 2004, Dr. Bagchi has been creating beautiful smiles for her wonderful patients using the latest equipment and techniques. When Dr. Bagchi is not busy creating beautiful smiles she enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time with her family, friends and her husband and their 2 children.

Kelly has been a dental assistant for just 2 years and she really enjoys it. Kelly strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease while they are in the dental chair. When she is not helping create beautiful smiles you can find her working her second job in the Sam's Club bakery as a cake decorator. Kelly also loves playing volley ball and going shopping.

When Sandy is not helping create beautiful smiles she enjoys bike riding and spending time with her family and friends, especially her husband and grandkids.
